Technology of production of steklopaketov

The production of steklopaketov is broken on a few production areas:
  • area of purveyance
  • area of assembling of steklopaketa
  • area of pressurizing
  • area of setting of impostov and uplotnitel'noy rubber
  • area of control of quality
Area of purveyance

On this area the followings operations are made:

  • cutting of glass - made in obedience to the form of order;
  • washing of glass;
  • cutting of the controlled from distance lath. Made in obedience to the form of order;
  • zasypanie of vlagopoglotitelya (silikagelya) into the controlled from distance lath;
  • сборка дистанционного контура;
  • causing of primary layer of pressurizing (liquid butyl, butyl cord or butyl ribbon).

    Area of assembling of steklopaketa

    On glass the controlled from distance contour is glued on. Then glass is set from above. After it wringing of steklopaketa is made with the purpose of achievement of maximal impermeability and necessary thickness of construction.

    Area of pressurizing

    On this area, causing of the second layer of pressurizing (silicon, однокомпонентного germetika-fusion or dvukhkomponentnogo polisul'fidnogo germetika) on the butt end of collected steklopaketa is made. Most high-quality, and also most cheap (at cost materials) is the use of dvukhkomponentnogo polisul'fidnogo germetika.

    Area of control of quality

    On this area visual control of quality is made (into steklopaketa it must not be pyli, a primary layer of pressurizing must be continuous, into the controlled from distance contour there must not be influxes of germetika). After it steklopakety is set for drying in the special pyramid the construction of which must provide free circulation of air.
