Technology of production of steklopaketov

The production of steklopaketov is broken on a few production areas:

area of purveyance
area of assembling of steklopaketa
area of pressurizing
area of setting of impostov and uplotnitel'noy rubber
area of control of quality

Area of purveyance

On this area the followings operations are made:

cutting of glass - made in obedience to the form of order;

washing of glass;

cutting of the controlled from distance lath. Made in obedience to the form of order;

zasypanie of vlagopoglotitelya (silikagelya) into the controlled from distance lath;

causing of primary layer of pressurizing (liquid butyl, butyl cord or butyl ribbon).

Area of assembling of steklopaketa

On glass the controlled from distance contour is glued on. Then glass is set from above. After it wringing of steklopaketa is made with the purpose of achievement of maximal impermeability and necessary thickness of construction.

Area of pressurizing
